As a solo traveller I decided to dedicate a day for sightseeing. I really enjoyed the beach and the sun in Side but I wanted something different. Picked up from the hotel. Car was nice, and modern. Visited many interesting places. Some ancient temples and waterfalls. The road trip went also through the mountains so I saw how nice it is up there. Thank god there was a guide with us coz I’m not really a history geek she told us many things, especially when we visited the temples. I had no idea that the area had such a long history. Definitely worthy!
This is one of the excursions I will remember for a long time. Our day was full of history and beautiful settings. It was just incredible, unique. I got seriously impressed with the ancient theatre. It is so well preserved. The ancient temples were also in good condition. I took many pictures there. Kursunlu waterfalls were a nice stop. We had some time there to relax. The splashing water was exceptional, a true natural wonder. We even had lunch at a nice place, food was fine. It was a great day out.
